Exhibitor Information

Pacific Section of AAPG and SPE Western Region is soliciting exhibitors for the 2026 Pacific Section AAPG / SPE Western Regional Joint Meeting and Exhibition to be held April 12-16, 2026 at the Double Tree Hotel in Bakersfield, California. Being the largest AAPG / SPE event in the Western Region, we expect over 300 industry and community members from throughout the region to attend this incredible joint meeting.

By participating as an exhibitor at this event, you guarantee your organization’s exposure to a targeted oil and gas audience from within the basin across three full days of technical programming, industry addresses and networking events. Additionally, exhibitors ensure their active role in supporting SPE activities and helping to fund the section’s annual civic and scholastic giving initiatives.

In an effort to provide as much value as possible to exhibitors, the exhibit hall will be located in the same ballroom as all of our flagship events, including the keynote luncheon and networking activities. Additionally, all coffee services, snack breaks, social hours and door prize giveaways will be held in the exhibit hall to guarantee engagement of conference attendees with exhibiting organizations.

Pricing for this event will be as follows:

• Regular Registration - $1,200 per booth (If paid after March 13, 2026)

Each booth package includes the following:

·         Booth areas are approx. 6’x8’ (Table 30” x 6’)

·         6’ Skirted Table (one per exhibit space), 2 chairs, ID sign. Tables will be skirted/drape.  

·         Company recognition in the Conference Program

·         Negotiated rates for exhibitor housing at the Doubletree Hotel

·         Unique advertising and promotional opportunities

·         Two complimentary conference registrations.

·         Additional services are available through the Contract Decorating Firm and are billed directly to the exhibitor.

·         All services are described in the exhibitor kits mailed directly to exhibitors contracting for space.

In addition, Early Registration booth packages also include:

• Discounted booth fee, $950 per 8’ x 10’ exhibitor space ($600 rate for University)
• • Special rate for upgrading exhibitor pass to full conference pass

Additional electric outlets, furniture, and other amenities not listed in the above description are not included in the booth fee. These separate items and other custom services may be available at the direct cost to exhibitors through Double Tree Hotel pending specifics. If you have such a request, please notify the Logistics Chair so they may contact the venue to accommodate your needs.

The planning committee is open to considering any additional services or exhibitor perk not listed.
